In
addition to what is outlined above, the following benefits
are also applicable at Palm InfoTech Pvt. Ltd.
Employee Referral Programs
Cash awards will be given to employees for recruiting new
employees according to the employee referral guidelines. The
Employee Referral form is reproduced below for information.
Palm InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. decides on amount of award and service
time new employees must put in prior to referring employee
collecting on award.
Idea Incentive Awards
Employees are encouraged to submit ideas which could save
the company or increase efficiency. Palm InfoTech Pvt. Ltd.
will provide a scale on which the employee would be paid upon
implementation of the idea, if it is projected to save money
over the long run; or in a lump sum if it is a one time economizer,
or whatever calculation, or combination thereof, is deemed
appropriate.
Service Commendations
Employees will be awarded an appropriate gift at fifth anniversary
and every five years thereafter in appreciation for their
service in helping Palm InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. achieve it's goals.
Gifts range from writing instruments and watches to luggage
and diamonds.
