The client operates a mattress manufacturing facility where the entire operational workflow from raw material inventory management to dealer order processing was handled manually using pen and paper. To digitize and centralize these processes, the business required custom ERP app development services tailored to its manufacturing operations.

Core Challenges
Inefficient Inventory Tracking: Stock levels for raw materials (such as fabrics and chemicals) were maintained in physical diaries. This led to persistent calculation errors, data mismatches, and severe difficulties in auditing current stock.
Order Management Discrepancies: Orders received from dealers were processed manually. This resulted in frequent miscommunications regarding order quantities, partial dispatches, and custom dimension requirements.
Lack of Operational Transparency: Dealers had zero visibility into the status of their orders. Internal staff lacked immediate access to inventory data, often requiring a third person to check the factory floor physically.
Delayed Fulfillment: Manual processing and handwriting interpretation errors caused significant bottlenecks, pushing average delivery times to 7–10 days.
Implemented Solution
A centralized application was developed with role-based access tailored for Admins, Dealers, and Employees to digitize and streamline the workflow.
Centralized Order Management System: Dealers now place orders directly through the app. Admins receive these orders in real-time, can update the workflow status (e.g., In Progress, Dispatched), and tag specific orders as "Urgent." Dealers have full visibility over their order lifecycle.
Standardized Data Entry: To eliminate handwriting and interpretation errors, manual text entries were replaced with predefined dropdowns and selection menus. Dedicated fields were added to capture specific custom notes, such as unique mattress dimensions.
QR-Based Stock Module: Inventory management was entirely digitized. Employees generate and print QR codes for raw material containers (e.g., chemical drums). When material is consumed, the employee scans the QR code and inputs the exact usage (e.g., deducting 20 liters from a 40-liter drum). This updates the central database instantly.
Automated Dashboards and Reporting: The admin panel features real-time visual reports tracking daily sales, pending orders, and exact inventory levels to support immediate decision-making.
