Core Challenges
The business was managing oil orders, delivery orders (DOs), dealer relationships, and payments manually or through disconnected systems.
There was no unified way to track order status, manage field employees, handle payments, or generate reports in real time.
Implemented Solution
Palm Infotech conducted a discovery to map the full supply chain and provide the right custom ERP software development service: from admin order creation → dealer ordering → employee dispatch → filling station pickup (QR-based) → payment confirmation. We then designed a three-tier solution (Admin Panel, Mobile App for field users, and API backend) to digitise each step.
